Notes

The fillers used in each product are subject to change because certain flowers and fillers may be seasonal and have limited availability. Happiness Flowers reserves the rights to replace components of the product with another item with higher or equivalent value depending on stock availability.

Fresh flowers vary due to seasonal, change in weather, shipment and lighting. Their colour and size would always differ due to nature. Each bouquet or arrangement is 100% freshly handmade by our professional florist upon order created.

Your products may not look exactly the same as shown in the pictures.

All pictures displayed are only illustrative of the colour theme and style.

We seek your understanding.

Dried flower series 干花系列

For dried flower series, we will use fresh flower to wrap the bouquet,

but we would not put cotton on the bottom part of the bouquet.
Colour of flower or filler will be changed after 2 to 3 days, it would not look so shine and the colour will be become darker or brown because of natural drying.

对于干花系列，我们会用鲜花包装花束，但不会在花束底部放棉花。
因此，主花或配花的颜色会在2至3天后产生变化，看起来不会那么鲜亮，

颜色也会因为自然的风干，而变得暗淡或褐色。

Standard Delivery Terms

Happiness Flowers has free standard delivery excluding requested specific timing, Sunday, Public Holiday and Extended Delivery Zone such as Senoko, Kranji Link, Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, Changi Airport, Jurong Island,

Tuas & Army Camps, Pioneer, Benoi, and etc.

Free standard delivery slot (Monday to Saturday) either

1st slot, 10am to 2pm OR

2nd slot, 2pm to 6pm

*Additional charge to be applied for requested specific timing, Sunday,

Public Holiday and Extended Delivery Zone.

*There will be a surcharge for redirection or redelivery.

Self-collction Terms

Self-collection Terms

Self-collection is available, but no for walk-in customer.

Our self-collection point is 18 New Industrial Road.

Self-collection slot is 9am to 3pm (Monday to Saturday only)

Change

Change of Order or Delivery Date, Slot and Address

Any changes to your order has to be informed at least 48 hours

before the date of self-collection or delivery.

Happiness Flowers reserves the right to disagree to any major change.

Any changes to your delivery date, slot and address must also be informed

at least 48 hours before the planned date of delivery.
You may bear any additional charges if the amendment cost extra charge.

We seek your understanding on the additional charge.

Cancellation

Cancellations can only be made 48 hours before the actual date of self-collection

or delivery that has been set by the customer.

The cancellation is still subject to our sole discretion.

We will issue a credit note to you once your cancellation is agreed by

Happiness Flowers. You may use it on your next purchase in future.

The credit note is valid for 180 days from the date of issue.

Refunds and Exchange

All products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Any disputes regarding what has been mentioned above will not be entertained.
